We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to fill the Physician Assistant (PA) position for our 2 Las Vegas locations. This is a position of a lifetime, with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call. Combination of clinical and administrative duties. Opportunity for Corporate advancement in the company.
The position will train under Board Certified MD in all facets of Preventative Health,Immunization Medicine, Travel Medicine and Employee Health. You will see between 15-20 patients a day in a low stress position and be in the managerial position of the clinic.
This is a FULL TIME position, weekdays 8:00am- 5:30pm. No nights, no weekends, and no on call.
This position is available for immediate hire for the right candidate.
- Travel Medicine Consultations
- Physical Examinations, including Well-Being, School and Work
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases consultation and treatment
- Prescribes medications for travel medicine or std treatment in accordance with approved treatment protocols. *Not a Primary Care or Urgent Care*
- Interacts and works with other Physician Assistants, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Medical Assistants
- Laboratory and Diagnostic Tet Results and Interpretations
- Provide excellent patient care
Skills / Requirements
Must have a Nevada license
Must be willing to travel between our two Las Vegas locations
Must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM (Candidate will be required to complete a typing test if chosen for an interview).
Current driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Able to actively listen and employ information received
Able to maintain professionalism and customer focus in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
Able to receive and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
