We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to fill the Call Center Representative position.
The Call Center Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential clients, patients and vendors. This is not a job, but a career position, our goal is to grow you and this position into the Director of Communications for the company. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer care issues and inquiries and helping us grow our company. This position reports and works directly with the CEO of the company.
Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Lead Call Center Manager
Scheduling of patients for all e7 Health locations
Providing exceptional customer/patient care
Responding to all vendor and corporate client inquiries
Following verbatim all e7 Health “scripts” when handling various topics
Identifying customer/patient needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
Providing needed information to the correct parties for follow up
Managerial Duties to be completed as needed
Training other staff members, which may include creating training materials
Seizing every opportunity to upsell services when the opportunity arises
Skills / Requirements
Must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM (All candidates will be required to complete a typing test if chosen for an interview).
Current driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Superior customer service skills and the ability to adapt to different personality types
Able to actively listen and employ information received
Able to maintain professionalism and customer focus in a stressful and fast-paced environment
Able to multitask while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
Able to receive and provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
